Today was by far the hardest I’ve pushed myself in a while.
I’ve got 10 to go by Sunday. I want to be transformed by the time someone comes back.
I’m still obsessed with the stair master and I burned 400 calories in a 45 minute span.
I was DRENCHED in sweat and I also did some abs (most hated) and my usual pushup app.
I feel fucking awesome!





Can you give any recommendations on what settings to put the stair master on, for a beginner? I’ve always wanted to try, but it looks a little intimidating. I’ve never used it before!
Try level 5 and the move up. I use the fat burner program so it hits different levels throughout your session. You can up the intensity mid session so start low and then go up from there! Lemme know how it works out!
