Healthy Start

Lately, I wake up hungry. The last time I woke up hungry was when I was fatter. It’s because I haven’t been controlling my portions.

What’s in my sammy? Tomato, alfa sprouts, cucumber, chicken breast, lettuce & of course mustard on whole wheat bread. And I can’t forget the chili peppers!!!

I only ate half of it because my brain was saying “Don’t eat anymore.” I was actually full, but I could have finished it because it was so good.

I wrapped it up so I can eat it after I do Jim….

I was going to make it an open faced sandwich like at Le Pain, but I had too much stuff in it and I wasn’t going to be able to flatten it out to fit it into my mouth. =)
