OMG

I’m so sore and I hate having to function like this!

Someone help me? Is there anything I can take to help with my soreness? ANYTHING?
My exer once said I should eat bananas but idk if it really works!

  1. Bananas before you work out help with muscle cramping cause of the potassium. For future instances, protein after you have a hard work out will help your muscles recover faster and you won't be as sore and not as long. Protein shakes, or a chicken breast or lean proteins, a good cool down after running or whatever activity that incorporates lots of stretching is recommended.
