Doing Jim




After 3 snoozes I got my lazy butt up and got ready to do Jim.

Once I was up I was good to go.

I still decided to get espresso. 4 shots over ice cause I wanted to down it.

I did 30 minutes on the stair master, abs and pushups.

I was the same weight when I woke up from yesterday and evening. Glad that consistently steady.
