Went to Weho location this am. Didn’t have to wake up as early so it was a good thing.

I did 30 minutes of cardio.

15 on the stair master and 15 on the treadmill.

My push up app of 130 pushups.

I actually had to do the last 20 on my knees like a little bitch.

My reps consisted of 25-30 whereas prior to this it would be 13-18.

  1. I tried the step master thing with your recommendations and I can only seem to do it for 20-25 minutes max!! It’s not that it’s hard, I don’t even feel sore in my legs or butt, but my heart rate goes up like crazy and I can’t breathe well towards the 20 min mark. Lol. Do you find that your experience is similar? I’ve been doing step and then after 20 min, finish my workout on elliptical :/. Just can’t hang.
