What I thought was going to be a quiet night with the Park sisters, turned out to be the complete opposite. As I mentioned before, I did NOT want to celebrate my 30th. I didn’t want to plan, nor did I want to go through the hassle.

So when Jo insisted on dinner and drinks, I obliged. Bear was still sick and I had gotten the night off of work so I wanted to do something.

I came over around 8pm and was given this lovely card filled with beautiful words from G & Jo.

And came with this beautiful orange gift. My first orange box….THANK YOU, Parks!

We went to Mochica, but the wait was long so we walked over to Bottega for our first drinks!

When we got a text saying our table was ready, we walked back over to Mochica and had few appetizers and drinks.

Name of the drink: “Just Like a Pill” I was hoping, it was just like Xanax.

Jo told me dinner reservations at Parish was at 10:30pm so we took a cab over from Mochica.

As we walked in, Jo grabbed my arm and started to tell me, “It’s your birthday and we want you to have fun and get drunk….” I felt like something was going on but didn’t think it was poosible, but as we got to the top of the stairs, the first table I saw were a group of familiar faces.

I couldn’t believe my eyes, I was in shock to see my friends AND Bear all looking back at me! I started to cry because I was so happy to see everyone and so grateful to have such wonderful friends who planned this surprise party for me!

I’ve always wanted a surprise birthday and to finally get one was the best feeling in the whole entire world! I have never felt so loved in my life.

I couldn’t stop smiling, to the point my jaws were hurting because I was smiling so much.

We started off with shots… and more food then more shots.

And of course another birthday cake! The cake was from Phoenix Bakery and OMG it was so delicious. Thank you Bear for coming out and being a trooper even though you were sick! And thank you so much for the cake!

My night was perfect.

Just a few people were missing at the dinner due to conflicting schedules, but the most important person was there.

I am so grateful to have such dear friends who love me back as much as I love them.

I was feeling a little lonely and emo the past week and Saturday night just confirmed that I should never ever feel lonely again.

THANK YOU AGAIN, Jo & Bear!!!! You guys have given me the best birthday I could ask for! I am truly honored to have you in my life!
