Relationships = Weight Gain

Dating can cause a strain on your physique. If you’ve never worked out before then this topic isn’t for you, but for those of you who incorporate “doing Jim” in your life but now have  a new relationship you must attend to yourself first, remember.

What is it that makes us fat when we’re happy. It must be all the dates and “not giving a fuck” attitude that comes with not being single anymore!

When single, we are attentive to our physicality and  want to look our best for the next “right” person to come along. How else will we find a new bf/gf if we don’t look good, right?

But once we do find a bf/gf, we tend to put our priorities aside and want to spend every waking moment with them.

Going on dates doesn’t mean you have to eat horribly, nor does it mean you have to eat 😛 try doing activities.

I’ve realized that “Doing Jim” isn’t for myself, it’s for the future with the people I love. Remember that you are doing it to be healthy and looking good just comes with it.

Make time for yourself because no matter how happy you are now in your new relationship, there’s no guarantee that it’ll stay that way or he/she will be in your life later.

People will give you the respect that you give yourself.

So don’t allow yourself to get fat because you’re on cloud 9, stay focused and everything will work out in your favor.

And if he/she gets upset because you put yourself first, maybe they aren’t the right person for you.
