I don’t know why I have such a hard time with my nails. If it’s not lifting, one is always breaking or chipping. LOL
I don’t do dishes so IDK what the issue is, my hands are under water a lot… I do wash my hands often but still. I think they should be getting worse since I’m taking showers more often due to my gym visits…
Can’t wait for my next appointment.
Love the red glitter!
I rushed to get it fixed because I would not be able to deal with a broken nail on my middle finger.
The camo is really growing on me, I almost want to do this every time but imaging the wait, I just want to kill myself.
Getting my mani and pedi has been a luxury. I started when I started my new job at the company about two years ago. I took a break since I couldn’t afford it and would always have to change my polish weekly. It was a chore.
Now it’s a chore to go every three weeks. I try to go once a month because spending $100ish dollars twice a month is not acceptable.
My usual gem mani and regular pedi is $87 +tip, this was $112 +tip.
My nail broke at the airport and I realized it on the plane. Luckily, there are several Marie Nail locations in NY so I was in luck!
I immediately booked an appointment as soon as they opened at noon after my red eye flight. We had a very enjoyable weekend… plenty of eating and drinking, we even danced a bit too!
I was able to do a couple of videos while I was out there… instead of my usual trip recap, I found a few locations to shoot at. First being Burger Inc NYC and Catch.
I picked Burger Inc NYC prior to my trip because of the instagram worthy foods… to my luck, an old friend was co-owner of the establishment…
Food was delicious, here’s the video:
Marie Nails is the best place ever. They always have the best technicians and the most updated colors and technique.
I got white with the chrome powder and silver glitter. As usual, glitter!!
I hate that I have to go twice in one month. Why can’t I go once a month. This is really messing up my budget. It’s not like I do dishes so it gets ruined by the water. I’d really like to know how often other people go to get their nails done.
Being a girl sucks sometimes. Being a poor girl is worse I guess. 😛
That time of the month again, although I hate it when it ends up being twice a month. My budget doesn’t allow for that. I always go into wanting not to go glitter but when I get there, that’s all I want. There aren’t any other colors I imagine myself with. I used to do a solid color and the matching glitter. Now I do two glitter colors that compliment each other but not too matchy matchy. This time around I did a very beautiful lavender opaque and a silver glitter. My next appointment is on the 22nd, I already know what color I want to do! It’ll be a surprise!
