I need to really figure out my schedule. I cannot do one week of early morning training and the next week not. I need a schedule. I need a trainer. I need to be fit, goddamn it!
Twice this week and I’m proud. I realized, coming in early will allow me to leave early but still not early enough to avoid traffic. What it actually does is, it makes me spend more money because I’m meeting friends for sips and eats. Not OKAY, especially since I’m on a goddamn budget. (BTW, I have totally been going over my budget, every month for the past 3 months. Basically the whole time I’ve been doing this budgeting thing.)
Anyway, I did my cardio, in my new #BeyondYoga pants and did some abs. I ALWAYS ALWAYS go into the steam room now. I just wish I was able to take my phone with me! 😛

Nike has been my go to for my shoes. I love their style and comfort. I even get the NikeID if I’m feeling fancy when it’s time for new ones.
Two weeks ago, I went to the gym. All last week, I didn’t go. So far this week, I went Monday, not Tuesday (yet), but hopefully I will the rest of the week. My sleeping has been off, so IDK how I really feel about waking up at 4:30am. The hardest part about it is that I wake up when the sun is not up. I hate doing things while everyone else is sleeping. I get scared in the dark so I end up leaving the kitchen light on and my mom and Bear always ask why. I told them I was scared and they laughed.
Not only do I love things that are white, but also products that sparkle and efficient. This new Polar Loop vibrates when it needs me to take a walk, get a call, calendar invite, morning alarms and notifications. I would die without it!
The two stairmasters were being used so I just cranked up the incline and got in 30 minutes of cardio.
I started to notice that my thighs touch when I stand so I need to really focus on my physical self. What I really need to do is eat less crap!
I made it to the gym!!! After work too! I must try to go every day. I have to. Although my inner hip hurts 10 minutes into my stairmaster. I have to figure out what that area is called and find a stretch for that area. I’ve tried everything to stretch it out, but I just can’t!
My friend Jo dragged me to #HappyHour Spin at Aura Cycle on 3rd. At first I wanted to go so we can all eat a burger after, together… But after the class, I was glad I joined.
The crazy lights made my eyes feel a bit crazy but it was great since it wasn’t too hard (like Jo’s birthday spin at Soul Cycle) and it wasn’t too crowded. Although the room did have a stink. 🙁
I like my spin classes intense and loud with good music but not pitch black. I felt like I was in a club and it was great and all but I wish the lights would just be really dim and not pitch black. I also like to look at myself in the mirror. 🙂

Had my day off and I made it to do Jim. I couldn’t pass up not going to the gym mid day when it was empty!

I only did 45 minutes on the stairmaster but I burned a shit ton of calories.

I’m able to track my workout with my favorite accessory! It’s sporty and so not my usual style but I love my Polar Loop and HRM transmitter that I put on to track accurate calories burned!
