I think everyone in the entire world knows how much I love camo. My work bag and my carryon luggage are both camo. My briefcase however is less noticeable. 😀
He surpised me with a purse I wasn’t sure I would really carry. I saw it on Super Bowl Sunday when TA and I went to South Coast to shop. I loved the look, style, color and feel but it was Coach. They’ve had such a bad rep and with all the previous horrid designs, I really didn’t think I’d ever own one.
Now that the new designer has revamped their entire collection, I noticed myself getting drawn to their peices more and more that past year. I know it’s not a Chanel or Hermes but when I shop, I buy things because I like the way it looks. I would buy a really ugly Chanel just because it was a Chanel.
Anyway, I saw this at the mall and loved it. I shared with Bear and surprise, he got it for me last week! I was apprehensive about carrying it but I just pulled the trigger. I got so many compliments and even I enjoyed being seen with it on. Of course my outfit was on point too.
I do love the pink combination too.
On Super Bowl Sunday, Terry and I went to SCP to walk around and eye shop. We walked into stores we couldn’t afford and some we could. 😛
I had never walked into a Coach store unless at the outlet so I was surprised to find myself immersed in the way they have redone their whole aesthetic.
It was simply beautiful. I really love the revamp of the brand and their designs. In the back corner of the store, there was a person working on stitching. Made me think of the time in Paris at the Dior exhibit where you could watch the seamstress actually sewing.
As we walked around, I admired several pieces. Their new handbag collection was to die for! I of course had to take a snap…
Aside from the one I immediately gravitated to… I also found these beautiful.
Jo went to the BH Coach store and took this photo for me… I want the largest one!!!
I love these because the edges of the shoes are lined with suede or velvet like material. The cut out fits perfectly onto my feet so it doesn’t slip out. It’s perfectly snug. I love love love these!
Way to go, COACH!
Don’t get too caught up with labels. (Yeah, Violet!) 😛
I ordered two sizes and the size six fit perfectly! These shoes are so cute and inconspicuously sexy. They have a nude version but it may be borderline tacky with the sparkle. At least the black version is a bit muted. I’m really loving Coach’s shoes and their outerwear. I still wouldn’t carry their handbags but the other stuff, well made and designed well! They’ve really stepped up their game!
Finally (and quickly) it arrived! THANK YOU BEAR BABY!
I was actually told that the medium bear was 14.25″ tall but it’s only around 11″. I was lied to and I’m not happy about it.
I was hoping it was the small Snoopy but it’s the medium, it states on the tag.
It’s much smaller than I wanted, too bad. I really wanted the big one but I guess I’ll have to live with it… Or sell it!
I told Bear Baby that if it sells for A LOT on eBay, I’m going to sell it and I get to keep the money and buy something else. I will also keep the profit! 😛 He laughed when I told him that. Laughed really loud and really long. O.O
The small arrives today and we will be selling it for sure!
I can’t believe the biggest doll is $2500! Granted the doll is 5′ tall! Considering the size, the price is justifiable. Bear Baby didn’t get it for me though, he refused to get me a giant super-sized doll for $2500. Honestly, I wouldn’t either for myself, unless I was super rich and had a big house to store that monstrosity. I did tell Bear Baby that when we move into a house, I will have a mini zoo for my stuffed animals. One room dedicated to just stuffed toys.
Bear Baby woke up this am and was watching the sale online on Coach.com. I checked all the sizes but the medium wasn’t listed. By the time I got to work everything was sold out! Man that was quick!
I will dream of the 5′ Black Snoopy.
I actually just wanted the key chain but it was too late and the sweater… Well, I can wear clothes that are over $450, but not a Snoopy sweater. Maybe a coat or shoes, but a casual sweater? No thanks. I can be practical, you know. 😛
And for the purse, I wanted it but I doubt I would use it. First, it’s Coach and second, it has Snoopy on it.
The only kind of Snoopy purse I’ll carry is a cheap one that is meant to be cute, not a luxury item.
By the time I told Bear Baby I only wanted the key chain, he had already purchased the dolls.
He’s been learning, because he bought two. One for me (for my Christmas present. But I’m going to have him get me another!) and one to sell on eBay. Smart cookie.
It was limited to three items per person. I don’t know why he didn’t get three things seeing that they will not be producing any more.
Man, I love limited edition items.
If you missed it, I’m sorry. I almost did too.
I’m not a fan of Coach or ever was but man, some of their stuff is cute! Shoes especially.
Thank GOD I saw this today! It goes on sale on the site at midnight!!!!!
This is the most amazing thing ever.
BTW, COACH has really stepped up their game in quality and design. No more of that disgusting C print all over every damn thing.
I’m sad about the price points of these items but I NEED at least three of them.
The bigger black bag with Snoopy, large doll (over $700!) and the sweater or shirt, preferably both.
Looking on their site, I saw some of their other items that caught my eye that isn’t a part of this collection.
I’m dying over here waiting for the clock to strike midnight!
