Monday and I was up and at the gym by 5:15am.
My shirt is actually Tyler’s. It was too big so I decided to keep it for myself.
I mean, HELLO! Awesome since forever!
Made it in the am!!! Haven’t been since October to the BH location.
My workout wasn’t registered but my check in was!!
I’m going to win this bet.
Oh and this am I realized how much I enjoy the gym in the am and not after work. Let’s see how long I can keep this up.
I made it this am! Haven’t been to the gym in the am before work since I was in PS last month for three days. Then I got sick and then I got a visitor, aunt flow. Then my laziness kicked in.
It felt wonderful to be back working out. My stamina def. died.

I came to do Jim in the am before work for the first time this year. It felt awesome, but it was most helpful that I had to be in the office really early. 😛
Polar Loop, can’t live without! If you haven’t gotten it yet, get your butt to it!
I was jelly of #fitbit since they had a matching scale to go with the activity tracker, but now, NOT NO MORE!
Polar Global has designed a scale to sync with my activity tracker and blah blah blah…
I haven’t weighed myself in a while and I’d love to get this scale to get my fitness regimen going again. It’s white and pretty too. 😛
Die without it, die with it…
I really went hard, 295% of activity on my Polar Loop! This tracks my heart rate, my steps, calories and sleep. I love that it’s accurate because I wear a heart rate monitor. Without it I would not feel satisfied.
I die or want to kill someone when my polar loop isn’t with me or my HRM isn’t reading. Usually it’s my fault.
I always try to have my HRM and my polar loop synced so I can track my actual BPM and calorie loss.
