Although it was such a pain in the ass to take 50 pills a day, I miss drinking all the water. I don’t miss going to the bathroom all the time however. If I can get myself to drink that much water when I’m not popping 50 pills… that would be awesome. Drinking a lot of water has helped hydrate my skin and also help me feel better on the inside. (No, not my personality, just my organ stuff.)
Mix in a pitcher before bed and drink throughout the entire next day. Please consider using organic produce for this, if it is unavailable to you, thoroughly wash the produce before adding it to the water.
